Returns & Exchanges

Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for a full refund if received by mail within 30 days of purchase. Full-priced items purchased in-store may be returned for a full refund within 3 days or may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Returns will be issued by original form of payment for merchandise returned in its original condition, with price tag attached. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered.  All items must be returned in the original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox. Undergarments and swimwear should be tried on over underclothing, ensuring that the protective hygiene strip remains in place and intact. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit online or in-store.

Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service by calling 214-692-5437 or emailing info@kidbizusa.com within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved. We are not able to offer merchandise exchanges or store credits.

Return approval is at the discretion of management and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.

How to Return to Kid Biz or The Biz

  1. All items that are sent back should include a completed returns form. Complete the return form for all items being sent back.
  2. Carefully pack your return in its original packaging.
  3. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

Refunds will be credited within 30 days from when the returned item(s) are received at our store.

Store credits are not issued online. The policy is different for in-store purchases. Special orders and customized (monogrammed) Jon Hart is not returnable.
